Loved all the walks

This upstairs rental worked well for us and a short stay in Grand Haven. The location was perfect -- we could walk everywhere (and did). Everything in the unit was functional and I liked the open space. The owner was very responsive to our questions and always got back to us quickly with the couple of questions we had.

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! You can walk into town for shopping and meals. The boardwalk is close where you can walk all the way to the lake if you’d like! Fully stocked kitchen where we made breakfast every morning. The couch is actually a futon that folds down. My son found it quite comfortable! Overall a great experience! Would definitely stay here again.

Couple minor negatives: Door could use weatherstripping and a sweep at bottom of door to help block large gaps.The shower curtain was difficut to keep water from getting out on sides. Needed to put towels there to protect.Location was convenient for walking around town. We definitely enjoyed that and our stay.

The space was very clean. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants and the waterfront. Good communication with owner. He is very responsive in a very short time. We really enjoyed our stay. This unit is upstairs, which wasn't a problem for us but if there are mobility issues it could be a problem. This is an older building with several private units. There is a lot of charm in these older homes.
