Grand Forks Review

The home was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed along with a small fenced in backyard with a grill. The host was prompt in his replies. The house is also close to downtown Grand Fork, restaurants and UND.

Lovely cozy house

We stayed four days for an event and the property was really nice. Close to what we were doing and clean and cozy.The only really minor imperfection is that the house is right next to a relatively high traffic street and there were cars that drove by several times at night playing some loud music. Not enough to make the stay anything less than perfect.We look forward rebooking here for the next several years since we will be coming back for annual events in the foreseeable future

This was my second time staying here. First time was cleaner and smelt better. This location allows pets and it really smelled bad. Cleanliness was ok--I know this is due to the animals. There is no carpet which is good. If it could be cleaner without the bad smell it would be great. I understand it's tough with animals--but maybe a better/heaver duty/ deep clean?

We have stayed here multiple times and appreciate how clean and comfortable the property is. Kitchen is well stocked as far as pans and cooking utensils go if you want to cook. Appreciate being able to visit family in grand forks and bring our dog. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay here. Interior is very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Owner kindly accommodated an early check in. Yard is very small but was fenced which is nice. We would stay here again!

Just a lovely little cottage feel. Whoever was the decorator was so simple clever and clean looking. Accessories and more. Kitchen so amazing. Bathroom is wonderfully large, safety rails and spacious. Bedrooms were perfect. There was a bit of traffic noise in evenings but they actually put in white noise machines in each room. Second night was quiet. Highest recommendation for this lovely little space!!

Home is beautiful, pristinely clean, & the perfect place to stay home away from home. They have everything one could need from amenities to kitchen items to blankets. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need to cook meals. The fenced in back yard is perfect for a pet. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on. The owners are very thoughtful in having an extra propane tank for grilling. They truly have thought of everything. Very well set up for families with pets. A all the way. We highly recommend everyone to stay here. Thank you.

Nice house, spacious, well stocked and good location. We stayed here while moving students into UND. The adjacent street is busy but with the provided white noise machine in the bedroom, the traffic noise wasn't a bother. We will plan to stay again and would recommend it!

I can’t say enough about this property! We had to add another night at the last minute and Dan made it seamless. The house was tastefully decorated and super clean. So comfortable to stay in. A lot of attention to detail. Will definitely be returning.
