The staff was great! We would have liked another chair in our room for watching tv at night. The low price was good. There was lots of snow and no rug by the entrance doors. A rug would have captured some of the snow that was in the parking lot as you entered. Would stay there again.

The hotel was quiet and generally nice, and the breakfast was good and standard. However, I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, and the bathroom had an issue. I hope they improve housekeeping and maintenance.

Staff was great. The only things that I found was no coffee in the room and when coming into the building the snow melted on my boots. I tracked snow and water down the hall and into the room. I didn't realize it until I took my boots off and walked in the water I tracked in. My socks got really wet. Need something to catch the water when coming in building.

2nd time I have stayed here. Last time I had a horrible experience, except for the staff(they were very nice last time). She remembered me and was kind enough to put me in a quieter part of the building. I had a wonderful stay and appreciate front desk!

Bed was comfortable and appeared new. Hotel was under remodel but this room was newly remodeled but it needed a good mirror and window sill cleaning. Floor was clean as was linen. Towels were very soft. Staff was great. Was noisy in hallway.

I was a little skeptical when pulling up due to the area, overall the stay was great! Room was nice, water pressure was great after a long day at work and the water temp was nice and hot. Will stay here again when I’m working in the area!

They didn’t have my reservation when we checked in so we didn’t have a king sized bed as we had requested. It took a long time for the desk person to find us a room to check into when we arrived although she did finally find us one. It was noisy all night with people coming and going making it difficult to sleep. The room was clean.

This place should be condemn! The rooms were disgusting. The floors were gross through the whole place. I think it was ran by a bunch of meth smokers. I would even let a dog stay there. I highly recommend not even think of going there. We did stay there.
