"The shower heads are brutal but otherwise we were happy with our room. The pool and water park were well maintained except for Sunday night after it was super busy all day- the laundry was backed up so there were no towels available for the last few hours of the night, and the pool was pretty grubby but I assume that’s just from so many people using it all day, and that it was cleaned overnight for the next day. One of the elevators was out of service and the other was super slow, but we utilized the 2 staircases to the second floor so it was fine with us. Staff was friendly and attentive and the free breakfast was a nice bonus."

"This isn't a totally fair assessment of the hotel, as there was construction going on to improve the property. On the third floor you walked through an active constructive area with drywall chunks and general debris on the floor en route to the room. The room itself was comfortable and clean and well maintained. I imagine once the property is complete it will be much better. Bad timing but the room and staff were great."

"We were happy with our experience. The rooms were clean, great hot breakfast and we appreciated the pool hours being open until 11 pm. The whole property being a non-smoking facility was also a major plus because we can't stand the smell of smoke at a hotel. We would stay again."
