When I checked in, I mentioned to Ahmed at the front desk that it was my birthday. From that moment on, he made me feel like a queen for the rest of my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my birthday incredibly special.
The outstanding service didn’t stop there. When I called room service for assistance, the team went out of their way to help and really thought outside the box. Osama was especially kind and even brought me almonds without me asking. It’s the little touches like these that make all the difference.
Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Customer service is clearly a top priority at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the pool area was beautifully maintained and well organized, and I loved using the gym every day.
My experience was so exceptional that I actually changed the rest of my travel plans and stayed with Barceló instead of moving to other hotels I had booked. Thanks to Ahmed and the incredible team, Barceló has become my new hotel chain of choice.
