Unfortunately the property is very outdated and the clientele a bit rough. We paid for an update suite for my family of five thinking the couch was a bed but it wasn’t and there were no sheets and pillows so we had to ask for them. The rugs were falling apart with little pieces everywhere. The bathroom/shower area was nice and spacious and the water was hot so that was a plus. The overall hotel smelled of smoke too which was not pleasant.
On a positive note, the free valet was convenient and the staff were nice that got our car for us. And the pizza place inside the hotel was very good. Pizza delicious and pretzels fresh.
Overall, we would not stay here again.

Our room garbages were full upon check-in. We were charged for the “use” of the mini bar though nothing was actually used and everything was sealed. It was just moved to the counter for fridge space. The room deposit was unexpected since we have it on paper they only wanted an additional $100 upon check-in, NOT $600.00
