Small studio in the quite neighbourhood.

This is a nice place in the quite neighborhood located two miles from Flagstaff down town, less than a mile from the National Forest and Buffalo Park, very close to the shopping center, restaurants and Flagstaff Medical Center.
The studio has refrigerator, air conditioner/heater, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, teapot and all necessary kitchen stuff. Also, we provide guests with some essential food and bath supplies and extra bedding for roll on bed.
Our nice outside patio is suitable for meals and relaxation if weather permits.
We DO NOT allow pets.
Please park your car on the concrete driveway at the front of the house. The studio door is straight before you and it will be open.

Quiet Studio

We came to Flagstaff for a quick getaway. The studio was perfect for my daughter and I. The area could definitely use a deep clean and some updates. Overall I was happy with rental. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and pleasant. It was super quiet. I would stay here again.

Great location for a runner!

Kitchenette had all you need. WiFi was fast. Location was amazing for running! A short 1mile walk/run to Buffalo park. Less than 2mile walk/run to Mt. Elden lookout trail. Brought my own blender and pillow. Owners door right next to Vrbo door so you see/hear them occasionally, but very respectful of privacy and did not bother me.

It was great to escape the Phoenix heat in this cozy cabin! My favorite part was the location to downtown, which was only a 6-8 minute drive from the cabin. Always had a place to park and an amazing view of the mountains while driving into the neighborhood.

Exploring Flagstaff

This studio was ideal for our stay and centrally located to the historic district and the many lakes, mountains, creek, craters, pueblo's and Lowell Observatory. From canoeing, fishing, off roading and the stars we saw all the beauty with no TV, wonderful. We also went through Bearizona wildlife park and ate at Josephines and Blackbart Steakhouse with singing staff, a must stop.

Convenient Location

Not a bad little place, kind of small for a 5 day stay. there is a frig, but no stove to cook on. There was however a hot plate and a microwave. We only ate breakfast there, so it worked. George was easy to get ahold of, he lives right there, so if you needed anything it only took minutes. The place is easy to find and close to anything you would want to do.

Small but comfortable place to stay near downtown and Snowbowl

Pros: heaters worked well and kept the place warm, short drive to downtown, easy access to Snowbowl, hot shower, kitchen amenities, plenty of towels, extra blankets, provided parking, friendly host, we were allowed to check in early. Cons: the heater made some noise which was bothersome at night (I wore earplugs so it wasn't an issue), my partner found the bed uncomfortable (personal preference - it is a soft bed), lack of privacy as you share a wall with the host. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would return and recommend it to others. Thank you!

This was a wonderful place to stay! I stayed here for about a month, while in between leases, and it was a great space to call home for a bit. The owners are very friendly and easy to communicate with. The area is large enough to not feel cramped, and besides a few maintenance issues, it is a great room! The toilet does leak, and the bathroom floor is wet most of the time, and the ceiling leaked a little during a huge storm. But nothing was unmanageable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Very tight space

First of all the studio was very tight space. Storage unit takes up too much room for bathroom access. Did not cook because of the kitchen set up with a hot plate. Bathroom does not have its own sink. No TV for guests to access. And biggest complaint was that the room and bedding were not freshly prepared for guests coming in. We also emailed the host a week before the actual reservation to cancel and never heard back from him until the day before leaving us no option but to keep the reservation.Needless to say we didn't spend much time there except to sleep.

Bed was comfortable, the toilet flushed and the fridge was a good size. Has a small TV but no Netflix or Hulu. Looks great in the photo’s ……different in reality No matter haw cheap a property is, it is not too much to expect to have been cleaned before one’s arrival and I am by no means a clean freak. The cooking equipment felt greasy. The crockery is chipped and the cutlery was dubiously clean. (We used our own cutlery and bowls.) Oh and don’t get too excited about the microwave, its a tiny 600w unit with one wheel missing off the turntable. The kitchen sink which is tiny is the only sink in the studio. The blinds do not completely cover the window when drawn! It is way more cramped than it needs to be. There is a huge drawer/cupboard unit that doesn’t need to be in the room (the linen could in the wardrobe. If someone is sitting at the dining table, you can’t get past because of the drawer/cupboard unit. The towels are cheap and of poor quality. Would not stay here again and could not recommend it to anyone

Flagstaff Studio

The owner, George, was great. He was very receptive to all my communications. The pictures made the place appear bigger than it actually was, but it was very homey and comfortable. The only suggestion I can give is to install a TV. Offer apps for the customer to sign in on through their own acct's. Other than that... I would stay again.

Charming studio with the comforts of home.

I was very happy with the property and my stay there. Quaint room with some nice rustic details. You get a small but well equipped kitchen, table that can double as a desk, nice shower, and a comfortable bed. You are within walking distance of a grocery store, shopping center, and a coffee shop. Downtown was a short drive, but easy to get to and since this property has dedicated parking, you don't need to worry about coming back and finding a spot. Hosts were great at communicating about the property and the stay. One note, there was not a TV in the room, but that was fine for me. Much nicer that staying in a hotel, in my opinion.

Trip to Flagstaff

We were comfortable here. We have a lot of friends in the area so we didn’t spend much time at the VRBO. Two things I would change if I owned it: needs a bathroom sink and a toilet lid made for the toilet.

Cozy and friendly!!

My girlfriend and I had a WONDERFUL stay. George was very nice and welcoming. Has everything you need for a few days. Fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven/one plug in stove top and dishes. Note: no tv in unit, in case that matters to you. We were fine without it, but still had Wi-Fi. The neighborhood was cozy and everyone is is so friendly here. Definitely recommend!

Perfect place to get away from Phoenix for a few days! Cool property and close enough to downtown.
