Little Cottage in Flagstaff

Rustic style small studio in the backyard of the owner's house. It is a stand-alone structure with a separate entrance and independent utilities control, not connected with the owner's residence. No other guests share this space. The owners live in the main house and control the area of the premises.
It is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood located two miles from Flagstaff downtown, less than a mile from the National Forest and Buffalo Park, very close to the shopping center, restaurants and Flagstaff Medical Center.
The studio has a refrigerator, air conditioner/heater, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, teapot and all necessary kitchen stuff. Also, we provide guests with some essential food and bath supplies and extra bedding for the roll-on-bed.
Our nice outside patio is suitable for meals and relaxation if weather permits.
The check-in procedure is simple — the door to the cabin will be open for you, and you will find the keys inside the unit.
Please park your car in the pink gravel driveway along the metal fence on the right side of the property. The door to the backyard is straight before you and it will be open too.

Great Place To Unwind

The accommodations were wonderful and the friendliness of our hosts was wonderful. For our 45th anniversary they were able to refer us to a wonderful restaurant and not only that they took us to the restaurant and picked us up afterwards since we didn't know our way around the town. They went above and beyond making our trip memorable.

Cute little cottage

I stayed for a couple of months and wanted to stay longer. I was able to make my simple meals with the hot plate, small fridge and pans providedThe hosts are lovely, always friendly, helpful and generous. They even gave me a ride to the airport!As a single woman I felt safe in the quiet neighborhood and in the cottage. Location is great, 5 minutes to a grocery store and to lots of hiking trails.

Cute little backyard cottage

A little difficult to locate when arriving last dark but we did manage to locate. Is in the backyard of a home and very cute inside. I liked their gardens which the stay is located in. Cozy and nice for short stay 1-2 people. Great value for the price! Thank you George and Julija!

Excellent Budget Option

My wife and I stayed here for three nights and were pleasantly surprised. The cabin is bigger than it looks in pictures. Heating and A/C is provided by a split unit in the wall. There is also a nice kitchenette (which we didn't use) with an array of appliances, pots/pans, and utensils. The small water heater didn't prevent us from getting good showers. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful little casita!

Perfect little casita/cottage in the owners backyard. You may be eagerly greeted by 2 super sweet small dogs. They give you a parking space, not on the street. Very private, including the patio wrapped around with grape vines. It was clearly built by someone who had amazing attention to detail and wonderful craftsmanship. We wish we had more time to enjoy. As we came on a very busy weekend, NAU Family weekend, we only had time to enjoy overnights. But this was located barely 10 minutes away from campus, and was a nice quiet place to recharge after a busy day.

Wonderful stay in Flagstaff

My girlfriend and I loved our stay in this little cottage. It was very clean and cozy and was in a great location. Only a few minutes from downtown Flagstaff and in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were extremely friendly and a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Flagstaff.

THE BEST GETAWAY!!!!

This was the cutest property to stay at! It was cozy, cute, and had everything you need! There was a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, a mini stove top burner, and all kitchen utensils! The owners were the absolute sweetest! They were absolutely fantastic hosts, and have the cutest little dogs that greet you. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again. I cannot get over how wonderful our stay was!

Great little place - enjoyed our stay

It was a nice little "tiny home" behind a house in a cute neighborhood. Property was as described. My wife and I enjoyed our couple of days. Loved the little terriers who would come out to visit us in the yard from time to time.

"cottage" located in someone back yard

The cottage was nice looked very nice. Lots of things to cook with. The temperature was not so nice. With temps hitting 40 degrees the electric fireplace wasnt enought. Shower together the water heater is small. They have cute little doggies that were so sweet. Private. Parking was a bit tight. Very nice stay overall
