Historic Downtown Carriage House

This upstairs apartment is in a classic looking 1920's stone carriage house in a prime location in center of historic downtown Flagstaff. The property is entirely enclosed with a quaint lighted stone and cedar wall with free off-street parking, stone fire pit and sitting terrace, trees, seasonal flowers and vines, and grassy lawn (Please Note: they all lose their foliage during winter months. Yes, some guests have asked why the landscape color is gone in the winter time ... :). You'll be within just a few minutes walking distance to dozens of shops, restaurants, nightlife, and public transportation. It's warm, cozy, secluded, accessible - you’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the location, and the lighted enclosed exterior and fire-pit stone terrace. This is a perfect place for all types of travelers and activities.

This malapai stone house is a perfect mix of classic and modern, with warm wood interiors and modern updates, including hydronically heated wood floors and a freshly remodeled bathroom. The kitchen is original with a few aesthetic improvements, and the queen bed is new and comfortable. In addition, the entire house is on a charcoal filtration water system.

Cozy, quaint, clean and beautiful apartment in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. Jac, the owner, is a great communicator and upon checkin was there to show us around and make sure we had what we needed. Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and dishes, bathroom(beautifully updated) had accessories, and linens/towels were new and cozy. We enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely delightful place. A real "oasis" of greenery and nature, so pleasant to relax in. Jaq (Host) was wonderful. Kind and friendly, yet not intrusive. Loved the personal, funky ambience of the apartment, and its location in downtown was perfect for walking. Would definitely stay there again for any future visit to Flagstaff. Well done!!

What a golden ticket of a find. From the start Jac was great with communication. Plenty of parking space. Apartment was immaculate and dressed with plenty of character. Flagstaff town centre was minutes walk away, plus very easy to access Grand Canyon without needing to navigate through the town. Nothing seemed too much trouble for Jac to assist with. Thanks for a great stay, and we have already recommended your wonderful home to others

Jac’s place is nicely set up for any length of stay. He’s decorated with attractive local and historical works and equipped the kitchen perfectly for travelers who tire of having to eat out. The house is a short stroll to downtown and in easy reach of hiking, museums, and other attractions. Very comfortable!

Amazing Experience

My boyfriend and I came to Arizona to see the Grand Canyon and stayed at this amazing place. It's so cozy and homey I definitely recommend for any couple looking for a place to stay for a good price. The host Jac was very understanding and tried to help us when we got lost. Overall the best Anniversary ever and we will be coming back again. Seriously an amazing place and a cute area.

Downtown Flagstaff gem

We love this property. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and plan to stay again. Very clean, well furnished and all the amenities as described. Walking distance to all downtown stores, shops and restaurants.
