Downtown Flagstaff Bungalow - 5 minute walk to downtown

This historic remodeled home is located within walking distance to dozens of restaurants and bars as well as retail shopping. There are two bedrooms,(queen sofa sleeper in living room) one bathroom, a laundry room, and a full kitchen. The counters are granite with solid maple cabinets. The front yard is fenced with a cute custom fence that resembles a flowing river, with a table and chairs for taking in the essence of the town. The backyard has a six foot cedar fence that creates a lot of privacy for the landscaped yard. A large hot tub sits in the corner and there is a large paver area in the back and a small patch of grass. The house was built in 1915 as part of the original town site.

This is the second time we stayed at this house and are already looking forward to coming back. The house is charming and in the perfect location. Plus the hosts are super nice and quick to respond. Pictures do not do this place justice! The house is cozy and beautiful, clean, and the large fenced backyard was amazing. Location of property is perfect for walking to restaurants downtown, as well as nearby parks. We would absolutely stay here again.
