"This was our first time using VRBO. Our room was changed three times. Our original unit was doubled booked the second unit they gave us was not cleaned and the third unit the toilet was plugged. finally we were given another unit which was dirty and no amenities as described in listing. There was one roll of toilet paper, no paper towel one coffee cup, and no creamers, no hair dryer, no Xtra towels. We had to wash our own towels and the dryers did not work that well. "Our room compared to high-end hotels, only brand new. From the new hardwood floors to the mini fridge, it was clean and neat. For cooking, it only has a microwave in the room. The rooms are attached to an events venue, and the grounds are organized with concrete walkways and fountains all over."

"We were late to check in do to a storm. We contacted the owner and they was more than understanding. They even turned the porch light on for us so when we arrived we would be able to see. This was very thoughtful . The house was clean a good layout. They had rolls of trash bags complimentary waters coffee sugar and creamer for weeks if I needed to stay longer.
