Stop and Stay at the Stoplight Waterfront Cottage with a private boat dock!

  • Escape to beautiful Lake Granbury and enjoy a peaceful stay at our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home. We have just finished adding a small stand alone bunk house that sleeps 2 in twin beds, and a fun outdoor shower. As well! The Stoplight Cottage sits on an exceptionally large, beautifully landscaped lot. This property offers plenty of space to relax, play, gather, and enjoy lake living.
    You'll love the private boat dock making it easy to bring your own boat. We are 1/2 mile from the public launch ramp and 2 miles from historic Downtown Granbury, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, entertainment, and the charming Granbury Square.
    Outside, unwind beneath the beautiful mature shade trees, relax in the many outdoor seating areas, gather around the fire pits, fish off the dock in swinging chairs, kayak on the water, or simply enjoy the expansive lawn and peaceful waterfront setting.
    The large circular driveway provides plenty of room for boat trailer parking and other vehicles. We also have covered parking for boats with electricity hook ups!
    Come relax, make memories, and enjoy Lake Granbury- We would love to have you stay with us!

This is a beautiful spacious property on the water. I appreciated how clean and clutter free it was so we had plenty of room for our things. It’s not far from town and restaurants and we enjoyed being so close to an event we attended at the event center Warren’s Backyard.
