Fantastic apartments. Great for gay travellers.
Overall great stay and recommended. The bathroom could be improved but very spacious, amazing air conditioning and great modern apartment. Perfect location and very friendly staff. We will be back!

reat Location and Hotel
Great location for the Yumbo Center and it’s associated nightlife and shopping. 5 minute walk to the beach and for the beach restaurants . LGBT+ friendly. You can park outside to load and unload your car but (free) parking is around but not I front of the hotel - I didn’t have an issue finding anywhere within a 2-3 min walk

Nice hotel good size rooms, nice grounds but freezing cold pool and spa quite disappointing also the big “pay to use” and never used sun beds were taking up valuable space around the pool. The TVs in the rooms have a pitiful line up of tv stations and hardly any of the stations worked. Other hotels in the resort manage to offer smart TVs at least. The WiFi was ok better than some but still intermittent and frequently dropping out and requiring restarting. Location is noisy as to be expected but the noise from the front of the hotel can be worse than that coming from the yumbo. It’s almost as if the door was front door was open. Overall you’re not far off from having a great hotel but not there yet.

If you’re hoping for a quiet good nights sleep, this is not the place for you. You have no he’s literally 24 hours either in front of you or in back of you, there’s no escaping it. The staff as a whole is entirely indifferent and makes no attempt to make you feel welcome or to check on your stay. The breakfast/lunch/bar staff is horrible. Could care less if you are there or not and makes no attempt to service you.Housekeeping staff is fantastic. They do a thorough cleaning every day and the room is spotless.

Great hotel
The hotel is great, very comfortable, clean and well located. Staff are really good, very friendly and professional. Some hotel guests can be slightly arrogant and not very considerate but, hey, what can you do? Reading a book by the pool I had Shakira through one speaker on one ear and regaeton full blast on the other coming from my neighbours’ phone. When I politely asked him to put on his headsets so that I could concentrate on my book, his response was, ‘the loudspeaker music is far from me and I want to listen to my own music with my friends” he then treated me like an irritable old man. I wish there was a clear hotel policy not to have two music soundtracks simultaneously By the pool. This happened just one day, the rest of my 10 days were great.

Weekend with problems
Friendly staff. Reasonably sized room, comfortable bed. Clean. Saturday morning (11am) power and water were off, was about an hour later that they were restored. Sunday morning there was no hot water at all.

Dear Caroline, Certainly we had an electricity problem on saturday morning that was solved in three hours; unfortunately one electrical sistem of the boiler was broken and untill monday was not possible to replace it. The solar pannels provided hot water during the day but in the morning we could not guarantee the hot water due to solar pannels gets cold at night. We are very sorry for this matter.

Newly refurbished gay hotel right by Yumbo Good parts: staff very friendly, nice sized rooms, comfortable beds, very close to night life and restaurants , good value for money Not so great parts : can be noisy at night due to proximity to bars, breakfast a bit basic, not at same level as other Rituals , no gym (apparently being added)

Location is great and big apartment,but it’s bit noise cos you are right next to the yumboo Center which is fair enough. Apartment is comfortable and so as the bed.

NIce stay but a lot to improve
The hotel breakfast was very basic. It was almost liked a joke I would say. The hotel floor is often has the spit of water or something here and there. I was almost fall off because of this three times over the 5 days stay. The hotel room is quite big. The air condition worked well. However, the wifi is a bit poor, slow and lost connection from time to time. The location is nice However, you may feel it's noisy in the evening from the Yumbo centre. We also got over priced for the stay. Even though it was not over the pride period.

Dear guest, I disagree with your opinion of the breakfast, what you consider a joke or a basic breakfast it has to be mentioned that you have for the price of 10 euros a breakfast buffet assorted with two different juices, milk, coffe, a variety of té, chocolate, five different bakkery as chocolate napolitana, cream napolitana, chocolate donuts, glazed donuts, muffin, croissant, four different kinds of bread, three different kinds of mermelade, butter, honey, nutella, fresh squeezed tomatoe, olive oil, six different kind of cereals, dates, raisins, plums, cheese, ham, turkey, sausage, scrambled eggs, mini sausages and bacon. November is high season in Gran Canaria. Thank you for your time and your comments.

The location is good as it is located near the Yumbo, therefore good if you like going out, however not too close to the beach (about 1km). The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are good and spacious however there is no kitchenette (it is almost standard in the area). The hotel is good however it seems "cheap", for example the toiletry is minimal (shower gel and shampoo), of poor quality and provided only small bottles on the first day (not every day as normally). Also it is required a deposit to get towels for the pool. Breakfast is also extremely minimal with little choice. For the price there would be better choices in the area.

In Ritual Maspalomas we have two kind of rooms, the Junior Suites and the Apartments, there are apartments available with kitchenette and all cooking facilities. I disagree with your definition of the breakfast considering it has for the price of 10 euros a breakfast buffet assorted with two different juices, milk, coffe, a variety of tea, chocolate, five different bakkery as chocolate Neapolitan, cream Neapolitan, chocolate donuts, glazed donuts, muffin, croissant, four different kinds of bread, three different kinds of mermelade, butter, honey, nutella, fresh squeezed tomatoe, olive oil, six different kind of cereals, dates, raisins, plums, cheese, ham, turkey, sausage, scrambled eggs, mini sausages and bacon. And you considered EXTREMELY MINIMAL. We take consideration of all the comments to make us improve. Thank you!

It was nice to the property had been totally refurbished with clean modern rooms, air conditioning & double glazing, however it did seem unusual that there was no drawers in the room to keep underwear or smalls so we had to keep them in the suitcase also only 3 coat hangers per person which was slightly inconvenient for an 11 night holiday!!

Fijne accomodatie. Ruime kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Her en der wel een likje verf nodig. In het weekend kan de muziek van het Yumbo Center wel tot 03.00 uur doorgaan. Min puntje. Voor de rest vertier om de hoek. Kwartiertje lopen naar het strand. Voor ontbijt ga je naar bar Rokoko. Ligt naast het hotel en wordt gerund door 3 sympathieke en Italiaanse beren. Veel locals daar.

Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minder goed vond ik het kluisje, dat in een kist zat met een klep van 2 meter lang, die je open moest houden om bij de kluis te kunnen. Heel onhandig. Wi-Fi viel regelmatig weg. Hieruit blijkt maar weer hoe goed dit in Nederland is geregeld. Vanaf een uur of 12 begint buiten de muziek te spelen uit de luidsprekers en dat had wat mij betreft wel wat minder luid kunnen zijn. Voor de rest een geweldig gayhotel. Het is er schoon, je ziet de hele dag schoonmaaksters. De kamers zijn ruim. In het naaktgedeelte hebben ze echter de versleten en kapotte ligbedden neergezet en die liggen niet echt prettig. Het was voor mij de tweede keer, maar ik ga er zeker weer naar toe. Zeker omdat op 50 meterafstand ligt het Yumbocentre met al zijn restaurants en barretjes.

Angenehmes Hotel-tolle Lage
Freundlicher Empfang, schneller Check-in; man merkt dass es kein neues Gebäude ist, Renovierungsarbeiten wurden nicht immer professionell ausgeführt; tolle Lage mitten im Geschehen; zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer, vor allem wenn man zu zweit 14 Tage verbringen will.
