High-quality, sunny apartment on the 1st floor in the centre of Grainau with garden and free Wi-Fi. Parking spaces are available directly at the house.



At the foot of the Zugspitze and only a few kilometres from Garmisch-Partenkirchen lies the beautiful Zugspitz village of Grainau, where this modern, approx. 58 m² holiday apartment for 2 people is located. The high-quality and comfortably furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Rieger holiday home and consists of a living room with a dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen with a serving hatch, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Enjoy the beautiful mountain view of the Alps from the west balcony of the apartment or make yourself comfortable in the sun on one of the provided deck chairs in the garden. Our little guests can play undisturbed in the garden and have a look at the chickens and sheep running around freely. Use the holiday apartment Daniel as a starting point for various activities throughout the year: For extensive walks and hikes at the foot of the Zugspitze or mountain bike tours past crystal clear mountain lakes and blooming mountain meadows. For winter sports fans, there is a cross-country ski run in the immediate vicinity and the Zugspitze and Garmisch Classic ski areas entice with varied pistes, unique impressions and the terrific World Cup downhill runs of the Kandahar Round.

The apartment is quietly located in the centre of Grainau and offers shopping facilities and restaurants nearby. Garmisch-Partenkirchen is located 6 km away from Grainau and Seefeld in Tyrol can be reached after 45 km.

Directly at the house there are own parking lots available, skis and bicycles can be stored comfortably in the in-house storeroom. After arrangement, arrival after 20 o'clock can also be arranged. An extra bed can be provided for a fee.

Excellent property and owners

Barbara and her family made us feel welcome. The property was excellent ant met all of our needs. We were able to easily walk to the train station and 5 or 6 top-rated restaurants. The best cafe in town is actually in the same building! I hope our travels take us back to this great location!

Beautiful apartment, amazing view, friendly hosts. This apartment is walkable to many restaurants and walking paths. Loved waking up to the sound of church and cattle bells. I would stay here over and over again. Loved Grainau.
