We experienced a very friendly and courteous staff who were so ready to work with us. The staff were respectful and even though we met different people on Saturday and Sunday they all treated us as valued customers through their little gestures towards us and we sincerely appreciate them. "Staff wasn’t over helpful. Nobody at front desk when arrived. Room keys were not programmed after getting to room door. No apologies when had to drag luggage back to front desk and find someone to help. "
