The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future.

On a positive: check in was relatively fast and accommodating, beautiful views of the ocean. On the other hand, room furniture was old, room was consistently not made up until early evening hours, phone calls for hotel services were not answered for up to 10 minutes, daily parking fees were unreasonably high.

Room was very dirty mold on bathroom ceiling, blinds visible mold. Bottom sheet looked like it hadn’t been washed in months Blood stains on the curtains, floor was damaged and almost a hole in it . Have plenty of photos to back this up
