Home is nestled in a wooded area just off hwy 16 with close by attractions like Rocker-b , the Cliffs, Close to all main attractions within 8-10 minutes of most things. Great walk around area on the fenced 7 acre property with waterfront and a day dock just short walk away. Enjoy the water attractions, fishing swimming or docking your boat; with all the water attractions that possum kingdom has to offer. The home is located on the northeast side of lake were less boat trafic is. New OUTDOOR PAVILLION BEING BUILT SUMMER 2025 INCLUDES POOL HOT TUB AND FULLY FURNISHED OUTDOOR KITCHEN
