Parking was safe. I was offered a room on the ground level vs 2nd floor and i appreciated that. The room was ok, outdated somewhat,but most importantly it was quiet.

Outside door broken and squeaked every time someone entered. It was connected right next to the door of our unit and sounded like someone was coming in every time someone opened the door. Very loud from people walking on second floor, entering, and automobiles.
