"What a beautiful and well kept property that it as close as you can get to KRKA falls. Front desk was very helpful, breakfast was good and our two bedroom space was huge! Bonus is that you can leave your car at the hotel while you check out the park. The town itself is very small but a nice break from big cities like Split and Dubrovnik."

"Lovely 5 night stay at Ivan and Ivana's place. We stayed in an appartment with one bedroom. Very happy with the airconditioning and availability of a washing machine! Pool is lovely and clean. There are 3 appartments in total that they rent out, so you don't always have the pool to yourself, but that's ok. It's surrounding ls are very quiet but only a 20 min drive from Sibenik (lovely little town) amd the closest beach. We loved it and the kids were grateful for Petar sharing his toys. Thank you!!!"

"Fantastic Villa, with beautiful views of the bay and Split itself, and well located for trips to Kaštel, Trogir and Split and is less than 15 mins drive from the airport. There are a couple of decent shops down the hill about 5 mins drive, with loads of excellent bars and restaurants in the nearby Gabine and other beaches very nearby.Having two pools is a massive bonus if you have lots of kids in the group and we used the pool table and cinema room quite a bit when they needed to get out of the midday sun. The bedrooms were comfortable with good amenities if a little small and which could do with more storage for clothes etc. Josipa and Davor were super responsive when we needed help with things. If you value your lie in past 7 am you may be a little challenged by the trains, planes, church bells and barking dogs/cockerels but they were only ever a minor intrusion rather than an issue for us. As a bonus for the first time I can remember on holiday I didn’t get a single mosquito bite! I really can highly recommend this villa for a first class, incredibly memorable villa holiday!"

"We stayed as a group of 10 and found the indoor and outdoor spaces excellent. The pool is a large size and well maintained. Plenty of sunloungers to use and a covered area to stay out of the sun when needed. There is also a great BBQ area with a dining table, to have lovely outdoor dinners. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are all good doubles and the air con works well throughout the villa. Hosts very friendly and provided a nice welcome to the property. Location is good, with short drives to Kastela, Trogir and Split. There is a local supermarket within a 5min drive and larger shopping about 15mins away. We had a great time and very much enjoyed the villa."

"I cannot recommend Villa Almas more highly. The villa is beautiful and is equipped with everything you could possibly need to have an amazing holiday. We were travelling with 12 people from 1year old to 78 and there was something for everyone.Milenko the host was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to help us, even driving us himself to the supermarket on our 1st day. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were really comfortable and the air-conditioning was great.It about 40 minutes outside of Split and it was really easy to arrange transport. We prebooked a minibus for our excursions and it was great. So no car needed. There are 2 small supermarkets within walking distance but we hopped on the bikes there instead which took less than 5 minutes to cycle to. We had the best holiday and the children are already asking how soon we can go back there."

"Great for families with seperate floors for living Villa in a Safe area ! Near supermarkets. Owners great with early check in and storing bags Spacious and clean Pool is great and towels provided Beds really comfy All round a great base and place to stay for exploring. The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a fabulous holiday. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool, games room and sauna. The villa was well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed place to stay, and we'd all happily return in the future."

"We had a wonderful family holiday at this beautiful villa in Split. The location was convenient to the airport, the views were stunning, and the outdoor space was the highlight …. pool days, morning coffee, sunsets, and a private chef dinner. It was a great home base for multiple families.Angela was also an amazing resource, connecting us with our private chef and recommending restaurants, wineries, and family activities. She and Josip were incredibly responsive throughout our stay, and Josip was able to come by quickly whenever we needed assistance.There were some property issues worth noting. We lost power and running water twice, one time contributing to us missing our planned ferry to Hvar. Both refrigerators also stopped cooling at different points, resulting in lost groceries. Angela and Josip responded quickly and replaced some of what we lost, which we appreciated.We also encountered quite a few bugs inside, including ants in the kitchen and bugs in the bedrooms/beds. We were traveling with young children, and our baby woke up one morning with several bites on her face.Lastly, the bedrooms felt smaller than pictured, and only one bedroom had an en-suite bathroom; the others were accessed from the hall.Overall, we made wonderful memories here and loved the pool, views, and outdoor space. The hosts were very responsive, but the maintenance and bug issues were meaningful parts of our experience that future guests should be aware of."
