Great spot, but hot
Beautiful view and facilities, but we were there in a heatwave - no aircon!! Obviously, the house was closed up. However, with fans and windows open (some VERY difficult to do) it soon cooled down. Strange that ALL cutlery, crockery and tools were on the upper floor only, a fact discovered only after stocking the downstairs fridge! Beautiful safe beach not far. A great stay.

Gracetown was glorious
We loved the house, had a great 10km walk on the Cape to Cape and Gracetown beach was beautiful for swimming. The whales were a constant show from the lounge windows. Great stay 🌟

Great ocean view
The house is very modern, with well equipped kitchen (coffee cups were the only things missing). The view from the first floor living room is stunning. Close to the beach and Cape to Cape trail. The wood fire places were great, helped warming up a bit the bedrooms too, but a heater in the bedrooms would have been good to have. Overall we had a really nice stay, we definitely recommend this property.

Best accommodation in gracetown!
Amazing house which was fully equipped with everything we needed! No issues whatsoever, super close to the beach! Will definitely be booking again!

Magic stay and beautiful house
Fabulous spot and property for a family of five. Very relaxing with beautiful morning views, the house was the perfect home away from home, close to all the surf breaks, it made for a great holiday! Thanks Matt and the team! Five stars :)

Excellent House
Great house, suitable for a group of 12 adults. Plenty of space and the large number of bathrooms was nice. Bottom kitchen unequipped. Could have been good to a have a bit more equipment when we were doing large cooks ups!

Really nice property
My family and I spent the long weekend at this property. It was very nice and in a good location! The property is large and can accomodate large groups which is great, and the style/furniture is very modern and nice.
