The room and hotel itself were spotless and spacious and the location was good.
The lady on the welcoming desk was lovely and very helpful.
The carpark was easy and accessible.
Unfortunately...the breakfast let it down as there wasn't much and the rolls were stale.
Apart from that...we were very happy with our stay.

We booked this room to escape the New Years Eve fireworks with our dogs - and it was perfect! The hotel was completely soundproof, and very easy to get to from the highway, with lots of parking. There is city tax to pay and parking to pay for at the front desk. Which was not announced in the booking. The shower is just a handheld in the bath. This was nit what i would expect for such a place

Some staff were super helpful and others quite rude! The parking info is confusing. Parking is very limited. Bits of the bathroom were broken including the shower head which couldnt be moved to a full shower height
