    - Kitchen with dishwasher, stove (2-burner cooktop), oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes and cutlery

    - one bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm, split mattress)
