Overall as expected. Location of the complex is great. Getting to the condo is fine- a bit of a maze, not a big deal except when unloading supplies. Would be nice if door lock was electronic and a stop in Welches to pick up and drop off key wasn’t necessary. Great communication however.

Hi Adam! Thank you so much for your review! I am a bit confused though. Our door lock is electronic and we don’t have anyone in Welches with a key. Ours is unit 5 which is first one in corner closest to parking and makes for quick unloading of supplies. Is it possible you reviewed a unit from one of your previous stays? Again, thanks for the 5 star.

Best kept secret
You can walk to Summit!! We have stayed in this place for several years. It never let's us down. Keep in mind, you wont be able to do cartwheels without hitting someone or something but it fits alllllll of us and no one is sleeping on the floor. We make the best memories here and the owners are just simply the nicest!!

We loved the location, the number of beds, how well stocked the kitchen is, and how there is a box of tissues in every room! We had everything we needed - and Jenice was very accessible and accommodating.

Close to everything!
This is our first time staying here. I gave a 4 star for cleanliness, not because it isn’t clean, it’s just very dated with areas that are a lot older and well used. That being said, don’t let this stop anyone from staying here! It’s in a great location, well-stocked, and quiet too. Janice was fabulous and responded to every question we had. She helped us get in early, and even helped change our family trip dates when everyone got sick. I can’t say enough about Janice and how well she made our trip smooth. We had a great time and all of us agreed that we will book again.

Great location!
Very cozy with plenty of beds for everyone. The location is super close to town. Like, throw a snowball close. The draw for us was the ample sleeping arrangements. I gave some feedback that it might be time for a deep clean and not just superficial and the owner was very responsive. Kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans and accessories. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and games. We would totally rent again.

great location for skiing
Our family stayed at this VRBO. We were able to invite friends who have kids the ages of our kids. The bunk beds were great for the teens. We cooked in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. It would be great if there were one more queen bed in a space with 4 walls (we slept in the space that has a curtain instead of a wall) and we found that the dryer was very slow. I suggested that the owner check the vent to see if it might be clogged.

Marvelous!
Loved the property. Exactly what you would want for a ski vacation. Location is great. Another review mentioned they had trouble finding it so we were nervous-no problem at all. The upstairs has lots of beds, while the master is on the ground floor. Worked out so very well. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything we needed. We will be there again!!

Fun getaway!
A good location at government camp. Easy to walk to (since we didn’t really have snow when we were there!) very clean and plenty of beds and comfy linens. Communication was very clear and hosts were responsive. We would go back!

Took us 2 hours to find the property
The building had no number and the address given to me on this app was different from the one on the binder. We tried calling the owner but there was no answer. We asked the locals and they were showing us loop 5 but we couldn't find the exact address. Please give the correct address and instructions on how to find your property next time.we thought all our gps were not working properly, but apparently, that exact address does not exist. I texted when we left the property but there was no reply either. Why give a phone number if you won't answer the call or call back. A little acknowledgement that the text was recived and maybe a thank you, would be nice. As for the house, it was filled with long, white dog hair. Even the beds had them. I woke up with my pajamas full of dog hair. We had a small non-shedding dog so we never had to deal with something like this. The comforters smelled like they've been washed but did not fully dry. I thought we had that problem only downstairs, but the next day, everybody was complaining about the comforters and dog hair, too. The bathroom shower upstairs had standing water whenever they take a shower, as well. There were so many other complaints by my family, but it's too much to list. We read that they are new to renting their place so I hope this serves as something for them to remember for the next time they rent their unit again.

Adorable rustic space
We had a little yrouble finding the spot, but once we arrived ut was spac I ous and clean. There were so many beds we could have brought another family! The hpst was very helpful and kind and we really enjoyed our stay.

This cozy cabin had plenty of space, comfortable beds and linens. The owners were easy to contact and helped with our requests kindly. I already have recommend this place to friends and family. Timberline fun
We came for a fundraising event at Timberline. This was a great place to stay. We could walk easily to Charlie’s, the store, and anywhere else we wanted to eat/drink. House was stocked with fun games and was very clean. Slept pretty well in the beds which is always a plus.

Great Ski Weekend!
This home was perfect for a weekend getaway in the snow. The condo was well used, but had everything we needed and easily fit our two families. The location right in Government Camp was ideal. Made it easy to grab dinner after a long day of skiing on Mt. Hood. The instructions and responsiveness from the owner was excellent. The listed check in time was 5PM, which is quite late, but the owner allowed us to check in early and we were very grateful for that. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location, easy check in and out, great value
The communication and information shared made the check in seamless and simple. The location is steps away from the best parts of Govy. Plenty of room for our 2 families with enough beds/rooms for grownups and a bunk room for the kids. Our dog also felt at home with the other pups roaming the other condos. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The overall stay was great and the check out was easy. I’d absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

Family Christmas Get-away
We had planned to spend Christmas in the snow taking the son-in-laws and teenagers to Timberline for some family fun. Instead we got Ice in the valley that led to 5 family members having to cancel. Delayed our trip by one day. Once on the Mountain all it did was rain. So instead of skiing we built a fire, played board games and watched Christmas Specials. It was a very relaxing weekend! The condo has tons of games and all the movie channels you could want. Easy walk to the store and bars.

Wow what a great place to stay! We had 5 families- 8 adults, 2 pre-teens, a toddler and an infant and 2 dogs! It was great for us!!! The owner has wonderful communication. The cabin was clean- a few things I did notify her of- and the unit was stocked with games, blankets, tp, utensils, coffee maker, etc.! Can’t wait to book again!

This condo was roomy enough for 3 families and 2 dogs. There were extra beds for our group of 9. The host was easy to work with, too. It was an easy walk to the quaint town of Government Camp and not too far to MultiporTubing and ski area.

Perfect Location and Clean Comfortable Group Accomodation
Check-in was a breeze, property is steps from Government Camp restaurants & shops. The place was clean, had plenty of sleeping space for my group and had 2 off-street parking spaces. Jenice was very responsive and accommodating- I definitely recommend this place!

Perfect for a Mt Hood wedding weekend
My friends and I stayed here last weekend for a wedding and it was perfect for us. Several rooms and beds, multiple bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and a very close walk to the skibowl. The check in process was seamless and the hosts were kind enough to allow us to check in earlier. Would for sure stay again in the future.

Great base camp for outdoor play
The apartment is small but packed with functionality. For five nights, we happily crammed it with ten people and tons of games and snow gear. We played in the snow every day and cooked a big dinner every night. So fun!

Walked everywhere in the beautiful snow!
This cabin is in a perfect location, you can walk to everywhere in town and even ski or snowboard right to ski bowl if you want. My nephew did it a few times! We also walked to cosmic tubing! This is a fantastic location with plenty of room for your family! We really enjoyed our Christmas here! We will be coming back again!

We had our family meet us there for a weekend in the snow. House is on the main street but the drive way is far enough off that the kids could play out front in the snow. Has everything you need well maintained and the owners are just supper nice and reasonable about everything. The Plow even did the driveway for us.

Boy did I over-pack! The kitchen has everything you need! It was small so I poured a glass of wine and told everyone, OUT! Due to the open floor design, I didn't miss a thing! The beds were cozy, warm, and plentiful. Only thing missing was a vacuum! Thanks folks!!

Perfect spot and property
The property is perfectly located, can walk to everything but you’re just up and out of the way of the Main Street activity! Really quiet, you wouldn’t even know there were other guests around! Everything we needed was right there and the host is really responsive.
