Chalet 74 is a lovely 3-story vacation home situated in an area of the resort that is close to the pool and clubhouse area, as well as the walking trail that winds throughout our property. The first floor of this home is a tandem two-car garage with a private in-unit washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a gas fireplace. There is also a private deck and half bath on the second floor. 

All of the sleeping arrangements in this home are located on the third floor. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the open den area has a twin-over-full pyramid style bunk bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the guest and den bedrooms share the other full bathroom on the third floor. 

Convenient Features: Cable TV and free wi-fi. The first level includes a heated two-car garage with a full-sized washer and dryer, a utility sink, and ample space for gear.
