This is a great place to stay in a nice location. We travelled to Acadia and back everyday from here which was only about an hour drive. The amenities were sufficient - the washer and dryer were a plus! I recommend staying here.
The outside of the place was adorably decorated- for Halloween. The space was incredibly clean, bed was comfy, and towels very soft. Location is perfect for anyone taking the ferry to bar harbor or who wants to visit the Schoodic Peninsula (which was way less busy than going to the main park by bar harbor). It’s a perfect getaway, WiFi worked great, and overall would most definitely stay here again.
new comfy & roomie. convenient to park but especially Schoodic Peninsula which we LOVED!
the Pickled Wrinkle was a life saver & great food & convenience store close by was perfect. Add Ice cream, all was delicious!
This is a great find and perfect cost. This part of Acadia is a hidden gem. There are no Hotels and mostly a very sparsely populated place. But this property is just 2 miles from the Schoodic loop and right across a gas station and a restaurant. Would recommend and also rebook in future.
I took my bridal party to check out our future wedding location and experience the area before next year's event. Danielle was an excellent host and helped us figure out some last minute changes to our stay and relieved me from all of the stress I was having over the alterations. She chatted with us about the area and we are all now so excited to come back next year! We will, without a doubt, be recommending her properties to our guests. These units were clean, beautiful and VERY comfortable...we will be back!!!
New and beautiful unit; decorated so tastefully. Cleanest rental I have ever stayed at, you can tell the owner cares about every aspect of her property. The host is the sweetest lady ever, she responded to our every request and shared some great tips about the area. Others have shared about the location being great... I wholeheartedly agree! Schoodic peninsula/ quiet part of Acadia Park, is literally 5 mins away, and the restaurants and gas station convenience store across the street are perfect!. Corea is a cute little spot for lunch. Charming area, a perfect spot to explore coastal Maine!

This property has 5 units - we weren’t told which one we had rented. The code worked on the second one so all good. Property very clean and quiet , however we could hear walking on floor above. Only mildly annoying- maybe a carpet or two would help.
Not really complaints- more suggestions to the owner/ manager.
My husband and I were seeking an affordable place to stay to explore Acadia and Bar Harbor. This was a good compromise as it was an hour to Bar Harbor and Acadia with convenient businesses across the street.
The schoonic peninsula portion of Acadia is less than 15 minutes away and so beautiful! Lots of areas to pull off to appreciate the beauty.
A few notes - check the schedule for the Pickled Wrinkle as they close several days. We happened to be there the days they are open. The gas station/convenience store across the street has all the basics. I suggest checking dates on dairy and bread items before buying, but their prices seemed reasonable. We were not sure which unit was ours but the photo Diane sent helped.
I was able to catch up on laundry (bring your own detergent!) with free commercial type washer/dryer and a nice area tor folding clean clothes.
The ice maker in the laundry room space was great!
Tip for Acadia - go to the main visitor center and catch a shuttle bus to downtown Bar Harbor.
Parking in Bar Harbor is a challenge (we learned the shuttle and never had to worry).
Lots of restaurants and shops downtown to enjoy.
We loved our visit and would love to return!
The location is very rural but you can walk across the street to a market, pretty good restaurant and ice cream place. A little further away from Bar Harbor then I realized but overall a nice visit.
The condo was charming, immaculate and exactly as described. Danielle is a perfect host, readily available for any questions.
Look forward to staying there again.
You won't be disappointed!
