Family-Friendly Features:
No Age Limit for Youngest Guests: Families with little ones, welcome! Kids under 2 years old do not count towards the maximum occupancy of 9 people, allowing space for families of up to 12.

Bedroom Layout:
This 2,600 sq. ft. home features 4 spacious bedrooms with a variety of bed options, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. Perfect for families and groups looking to relax and unwind!

-Middle floor: Bedroom #3 has two twin beds, bedroom #2 features a full-size bed
-Downstairs, ground level: bedroom #4 has bunk beds with an additional under-bed twin pull-out for the kids, just outside this room there is another single twin bed that offers privacy and convenience.

-Top floor: The big hit of the home is the private master loft suite that boasts a California King bed. Note: The loft is an open space on the top floor and does not have a bedroom door or bathroom on that floor, see photos for reference.

Climate Control:
Stay comfortable year-round with mini-split air conditioning and heat units on all three floors. There are individual baseboards in each room for heat.

Modern Amenities:
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island. A complete home water filtration system ensures fresh water, and a full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

A 75” Smart TV downstairs
50” Smart TV in the main floor living area

Game Room:
Keep the fun going with air hockey, foosball, the 75″ TV, and a chess table right in front of the fireplace.

Spend summer days enjoying Big Bass Lake’s beaches, outdoor pool, splash pad, boat rentals, trails, and picnic areas, then return to your peaceful A-frame retreat in the pines. Grill dinner on the deck, dine outside, relax in the 4-person barrel sauna, or gather around the propane firepit with cozy seating and your favorite drink under the Pocono sky. Down in the basement, you'll find a pickleball set, basketball, and a variety of outdoor activities ready to enjoy. We just ask that you return everything after use!

Gather the family for BBQ meals on the provided propane grill, and dine outdoors at our spacious dining set.

Outdoor propane fire pit:
Gather around the fire pit with cozy seating and your favorite drink as the stars shine above the peaceful Pocono woods. In the mornings, sip coffee on the deck while taking in the quiet forest views and fresh mountain air.

Important: Community Amenities – Seasonal Availability
• Indoor Pool: Open from Labor Day through the 2nd week of June (closed during the summer when the outdoor pool is open).
• Outdoor Pool, Splash Pad & Lake Swimming: Open from the 2nd week of June through Labor Day weekend.
• Boat Rentals: Open from the 2nd week of June through October 15th.
• All Outdoor Amenities: Closed during the winter season (from the first snowfall through April).

Amenity passes are priced as follows for ages seven (7) and above:
Daily pass: weekdays $8 per day per person
Daily pass: weekend or holiday $10 per day per person
Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per week per person
Holiday week: $50 per week per person

*Amenity Pass Wristbands can be purchased at the Administration Building (Monday–Saturday) or at the Big Bass Lake Clubhouse any day.

Community Registration Rules:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 3 days before check-in. Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, and a $30 change fee may apply. Renters are required to provide their vehicle’s plate number and valid driver’s license upon entry into the community.

*Early check-in and late checkout can be accommodated based on availability. Please request in advance—additional fees may apply.

Parking: There is parking available for up to 5 vehicles.

NOTE: This home has a sloped driveway.
