Easy check in process. Beautiful and comforting home with a good game room and hot tub. Very comfortable stay and responsive host. Would definitely visit again
This place was very clean and had everything for me and my family to enjoy our weekend getaway. The hot tub was awesome!! There was a enough space in the house for everyone to enjoy their stay! The hosts are amazing also!!!
The place was clean upon arrival. There were somebody else’s socks left outside but no biggie. I was hoping there would be a blender but there wasn’t but again no biggie! Everything worked, the TVs, the AC, the hot tub etc. And the kids had a blast in the game room. So over all it was a great family trip! Would definitely stay here again!
My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was clean and spacious and the game room was awesome! The fireplace wasn’t quite working right and we couldn’t find the tv remote for the game room but those things didn’t impact our holiday stay. I would definitely rent again and have already recommended the house to friends.

Awesome Stay
Booked a long weekend with a group of buddies and we were very happy with the accommodations. Very comfortable, even with 8 guys; plenty of beds, spacious living room with a nice TV for when we were just hanging out. Fire pit layout was awesome, and we spent almost every night out there enjoying the fall evenings. The basement game room was a nice bonus.Keith, the property manager was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. A+ job supporting us on our stay and making sure we were comfortable.
Nice big cabin to stay with family. Was fun for school age children with the fuseball table, air hockey & power hockey tables in the basement. Appreciated the towels for each room and clear check out instructions. Hot tub also made our stay enjoyable. When I had questions our host got back to us promptly as well. We stayed in April when it was a little rainy, but I’m sure during the summer and fall there would be more activities available to do locally.

Family vacation
The property had a lot to offer. The layout was great for our family. The lake and the Clubhouse were fun and lively and we spent much of our time swimming and playing at the playgrounds. Deer were always out and about on the property and we enjoyed the wildlife.
I hadn't realized that all of the amenities were an extra fee and the property was left a bit messy with wrappers and bottles left from a previois stay.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A very nice property and house in every way. A few small things needed attention but I did let property mgr. know-A shade was broken over air hockey table and this game did not work. Also, which I forgot to mention, the first floor bathroom tub was clogged up. But aside from that, everything was very clean and we felt so comfortable. Thank you. I would stay here again! Emily
The house is super cute, pics made it look bigger but we loved the lay out of the home, it was very cozy . Wish my dogs had a bit more freedom. Community rules are a little too strict with certain things. We didn’t know we had to pay for pool passes & hours aren’t full days. We looked forward to the indoor fireplace being it rained one of the days, but we believe it doesn’t work. Overall it was a relaxing weekend with our family, the kids did not want to leave. communication with property manager was very quick and efficient.

Wonderful Winter Get-away in the Poconos
We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this house, as it comfortably fit 3 families. Upon arrival, the host responded quickly to our text to get help with lighting the gas fireplace. They had stored dry firewood for the fire pit outside and the kids were able to enjoy roasting marshmallows. The new hot tub was clean, heated and all ready for us to relax! Everything was very clean inside, the kitchen was stocked with necessities for cooking and the bathrooms were all in great condition. Having 3 full bathrooms was really helpful! The kids really enjoyed the full game room in the finished basement and the super-sized bean bag and teddy bears up in the loft space, stocked with board games. Towels were laid out on our beds for each guest and the master bedroom had a fireplace / heater that was very comforting. Wish we were there in the summertime to enjoy the Adirondak chairs on the front porch or the lovely screened in porch with dining table out the back with large outdoor deck and grill - next time! Dropping off our trash and recycling at the front of the gated community was easy on our way out. The guards at the gate house gave us our passes to get in without issue and were very helpful to give directions to the indoor swimming pool and recreation center on the other side of Bid Bass Lake. All in all we would certainly rent this house again !

Long weekend stay
The house had enough room for all of us which we appreciated. The view was amazing. The different playgrounds were very family friendly. A lot to do in the area. However, the tables were really dirty, sinks/showers were backed up, most of the dishes were clearly dirty.
Before checking in the manager texted us saying it was for Airbnb but we booked with VRBO. Asking for more personal information then we were told we're needed originally. Ask for additional funds required us to send it a different way then we originally paid. We reached out to evolve who told us it was fraud and a scam. But then we got an email with managers contact and name and that matched. They made us pay and give information anyways.
The pool was dangerously cold. We shared that with the worker who told us the air was just hot outside. We asked her to touch the water and to ask about the temperature. She claimed they can't check the temperature only maintenance and they were not there. So no way to know. They wouldn't refund even though we couldn't go in. We had infants and one of us was clearly pregnant so it was not safe. It had to be 60 degrees or colder. Then as we were leaving we could see they had turned the pool on. They lied to us and we shared that with the property owner since that is one of the big reasons we picked their house to stay in. He never responded to text from us. Then or during the trip in general.
Overall it wasn't clean and very poor communication. Not a family friendly stay.
The place was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen has tools but we were short on silverware for our group of 10. The hot tub was nice.
The host was completely unhelpful and unresponsive. The propane tank was empty, so the fireplace and grill did not work. We alerted the host to this problem as soon as we checked in, and he never replied or tried to have the problem fixed. The house itself is mostly fine, except for some damaged peeling furniture. Most of the supplies you would expect were not provided (garbage bags, paper towels, etc) Would not recommend.
Beautiful home! Plenty of room for all 11 of us. We had a Wonderful stay and enjoyed our long Mothers Day weekend!
Will definitely book again next year!
Great location with lots of neighborhood amenities. The HOA fee is more of a registration fee. You have to pay daily per person (10 per day, 30 per week) for use of beach, pool, etc. House was clean, though could use some TLC (lots of carpet stains, holes in screens in screened in porch let mosquitos in). Beds comfy with lots of living space. Beautiful woods with lots of deer. No green space (except by the beach) for sports games.
