Very comfortable bed, decent central location, and great breakfast served by kind and helpful staff.
The only negative things to say are a couple of very minor points: the shower temperature control was very sensitive and was sometimes either too hot or too cold; and the mini fridge in the room is very loud when you're trying to get to sleep (but this might only affect you if you're a light sleeper).

The hotel does not have any laundry facilities and service even though Expedia indicates it has both the laundry facility and the laundry service.
We trusted Expedia and made a mistake to count on the laundry.
Expedia should update its website accordingly.

I liked the property overall. Two suggestions: put something on the floor of the showers to prevent falls, as the tile is extremely slippery. Second, have fans available for the rooms when heat is the only option (as it was in the case of my stay); it was too hot to sleep!

Just loved our stay at the Sheridan. Fabulous amenities spotlessly clean helpful staff. Management in particular George, were amazing and saw to our every need. Fabulous spa facilities, loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Would stay again next time for sure
