The room was in a good state when I moved in for my trip with everything being of a solid clean standard. The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially my boi Culprit, what a lovely man! Was situated in the town literally a 20-30 minute walk from pretty much everything I wanted to do in Gothenburg. Very solid, central hotel, and good value. Maybe some more options for the hot breakfast but other than that nothing negative of note to say really. Highly recommend!

Terrible smell and extremely warm. Family room at ground floor and ppl smoking outside. When entering of leaving the room the door was literally facing the elevator and the stairs down to the backyard and the bar/lounge/ breakfast area. Breakfast was terrible. Scrambled eggs tasted like sausage. The cheese tasted as if it was in and out of the fridge several times. The coffee machine at the reception area cost a 20kr and tasted horrible. The room was dirty and the shower curtain was full of mould. The isolation on cable wire to the tv was broken and easy for smaller kids the touch. One socket was missing on one of the floor next to the bathroom. The staff was not particularly welcoming and we didn’t feel appreciated as a guest/customer. Location shady side street with lots of noise and garbage, but close to the park, canal and Liseberg. I would strongly recommend to find another place to sleep in Göteborg.

Vi saknade hylla i badrummet, krok till handduk vid tvättfatet. Bättre tider under sommaren på vardagarna 7-9 var lite kort tid för frukost. Litet frukost rum så var mindre kaos emellanåt. Mycket bra läge nära till Avenyn.

Helt okej hotell, som förväntat av priset. Lite trångt och basic frukost. Men som sagt, som förväntat pga priset. Bör göra något åt den instängda lukten och ventilationen. Alla fönster behöver stå öppna och vi sov med det på vid gavel. Trevlig personal!

Matsalen där frukosten serverades var väldigt trångt. När mer parten av gästerna skulle äta, så var det väldigt trångt. Inga bra stolar att sitta vid. Frukosten serverades endast under 2 timmar.

Vår vistelse på hotellet var överlag bra, men det fanns vissa aspekter som kunde ha varit bättre. Rummet var litet, vilket i sig inte var något problem, men ventilation saknades och det blev mycket varmt när solen låg på. Det fanns inte heller något solskydd, såsom persienner eller gardiner, endast en mörkläggnings gardin som inte skyddade, vilket gjorde värmen ännu mer påtaglig. Fönstren var utrustade med en hasp som endast tillät dem att vara helt öppna eller helt stängda. Det gick därför inte att vädra med fönstret på glänt, vilket hade varit önskvärt eftersom ljudet utifrån störde när fönstret stod helt öppet. Frukosten var relativt enkel och frukostlokalen låg i källaren, som upplevdes som mycket mörk och inte särskilt inbjudande. Det som däremot var mycket positivt var hotellets läge, som var utmärkt och gjorde det enkelt att ta sig runt.
