If there is any trace of smoking (smell, cigarette butts, smoke detector triggered, etc.), we reserve the right to submit a compensation claim of up to 5 000 SEK to cover cleaning, odor removal, and lost booking days if needed.
3. 🚫 No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, loud music, or disruptive behavior are not allowed under any circumstances.
Violation will result in immediate documentation and a claim of up to 10 000 SEK through Airbnb for disturbance, extra cleaning, and potential loss of neighboring trust or complaints to the building.
4. 👥 No Unregistered Guests
Only the guests listed in the booking are allowed in the apartment, including daytime visitors.
Additional guests must be approved in writing via Airbnb messaging.
Unauthorized guests may result in a compensation claim of up to 10 000 SEK.
5. 🧼 Cleanliness and Trash Disposal
Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.
Trash must be sorted and disposed of in designated bins (instructions are provided).
Excessive mess, dirty dishes, or failure to take out trash may result in additional cleaning fees (typically 500–1 500 SEK) based on time and labor required.
7. 🔇 Respect Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
Disturbing neighbors may result in early termination of your stay and a formal complaint to Airbnb.
8. 🔑 Lost Keys or Lockouts
Lost keys or lockouts requiring physical attendance may result in a 4 000 SEK charge for locksmith services or rekeying.
9. 🛑 Tampering with Safety Devices
Tampering with smoke detectors, door sensors, or security equipment is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate cancellation of the booking and a formal claim.

Any violations will be documented with photos, messages, and receipts where applicable. Claims for additional cleaning, damage, lost income, or disturbances will be submitted via Airbnb’s official Resolution Center, in line with their Host Guarantee and Guest Refund Policy.
