On our webside as well as in the welcome letter that we send to all of our guests we inform regarding the prebooking of the parking spot. We really wish that we could have a parking big enough to have a place for all of our guests but unfortunately we dont have this capacity for now, thats why we recommend different parking options that are located close to the hotel.I am very sorry that you did not get the chance to park your car in our garage.Regarding the FEI restaurant I am sure that you saw one of our only swedish chef working in the kitchen, I am very sorry to read that it was a big turn-off for you. My Swedish colleague is very educated in the Chinese food culture and has lived in China for a very long time, he is also the only non-Chinese chef working in the FEI.Thank you again for giving us your feedback and I sincerely hope we will have the pleasure to welcome you soon again.Wishing you a nice day.Aleksandra

Next time, don't hesitate to let us know that you wish to have a room with a water view and we will try to allocate you in one of those rooms. Of course we are sad to hear that our food options didn't live up to your expectations. We appreciate your feedback regarding our restaurants etc and take it onboard as we always strive to improve our services. In the near future there will be a ferry departing to the city centre from our doorstep which will make the trip to the centre more convenient!
