Perfect location and amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay here! The apartment had everything we needed. We liked how we were minutes by foot to everything in the city center. We found the apartment to be clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious! The owner was so kind and accommodating! We’d love to stay here again!

Really nice owner. Very precisely information on where to park and how to get the key. We only needed 2 things during our 9 days in the flat: an extra chair in the kitchen and a drying rack. We had a lovely holiday and even though it was our 5th time in Goslar, we will certainly come back.

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung rund rum sehr zufrieden, wobei wir sir rein als Schlafstätte und für den abendlichen Aufenthalt genutzt haben. Gefrühstückt und gegessen haben wir außerhalb der Wohnung. Dies lag aber nicht an der Wohnung, sodern an unserem Verwöhnprogram.

Alles war grundsätzlich gut. Die Küche war etwas dünn ausgestattet aber reicht vollkommen. Die Lage ist super, man kann nicht vor dem Haustür parken aber 5 Minuten zu Fuß gab es Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer waren für unsere Geschmack viel zu alt und etwas unbequem aber das ist bestimmt Geschmacksache. Allgemein eine Positive Erfahrung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Anleitung war klar beschrieben. Das einzige Kritikpunkt ist die fehlende Steckdosen Kindersicherung (Kappen); die Kosten ca. 2 Euro. Es gab überall mehrfach Stecker und alte Steckdosen, ohne Sicherung ist meine Meinung nach diese Wohnung für Kinder unter 4 ungeeignet.Für Paare oder kleine Familien mit größeren Kinder kann die Wohnung definitiv empfehlen.

Een perfecte locatie aan de rand van de binnenstad van Goslar. Supermarkt Rewe met warme bakker een paar minuten lopen. Keurig appartement, netjes, schoon en huiselijk. De matrassen op de 2-pers slaapkamer kunnen écht beter. De stalen veren zijn goed voelbaar. Op de andere kamer zijn ze goed. Ondanks dat, een aanrader!

Fantastisch fraaie stad. Heel fijn huis, met meerdere kamers, leuk en zeer volledig ingericht. Fijne bank. Wifi is wat zwak, maar is ook een extraatje. En de matrassen in het grote bed zijn niet geweldig, met ouderwetse vering, maar ze voldoen.

Gute ruhige Lage mit Mängeln

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in Goslar. Die Lage der Wohnung war super Zentral, trotz direkter Lage an einer Straße sehr ruhig. Das Einchecken klappte ohne Probleme dank Schlüsselsafe. Leider roch es bei Ankunft sehr muffig in der Wohnung. Der Geruch war auch nicht mit ausgiebigem Lüften aus der Wohnung zu bekommen. Nach genauerem Suchen konnten wir die Toilette und die daran angeschlossene Fakalienpumpe mit Häksler als Ursache ausmachen. Hier fehlt eine seperate Entlüftung nach draußen, der Geruch wurde ins Bad geleitet. Auch hatten wir bei Ankunft leider ein nasses Badezimmmer, da es von der Decke tropfte. Das tropfende Wasser kommt vom Bad der oberen Wohnung. Der Kühlschrank war auch abgeschaltet, sowie das Eisfach ohne wirkliche Kühlfunktion. Unser Eis ist darin geschmolzen. Schade, wir hatten von der Wohnung anhand der Bilder mehr erwartet.

Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Das Zentrum war gut zu erreichen. Und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir konnten etwas früher und später abreisen entsprechend unserer Bahnfahrzeiten. Das war super und kam uns sehr entgegen.

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Die Ausstattung an Haushaltsdingen ist sehr gut. Teller, Tassen, Besteck etc. sind sehr reichlich vorhanden. Die Möbel und der Bodenbelag sind leider schon etwas abgegriffen.
