Modern Apartment with free WIFI and Netflix

The apartment is located in house 3 of the holiday park and consists of a large living room, functionally furnished with all everyday items, an open kitchen with dishes for at least 10 people, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extensive electrical appliances, dishwasher, 1 bathroom Large shower, sink, mirror cabinet, towel radiator, 1 guest toilet with rear wall toilet, toilet and small hand basin, shower with walk-in elements and toilet with front wall installation, hallway with wardrobe and shoe cabinet, 1 bedroom with 2 box spring single beds and closet and 1 bedroom with 140x200 box spring double bed and wardrobe.
The black leather sofa is new and has a sleep function for a 5th bed.
You can reach the apartment via the foyer of the apartment building, which is easily accessible with 3 steps or a ramp, ideal for strollers or carts or for people with disabilities who rely on a wheelchair. There is a contactless disinfectant dispenser in the foyer; the house may only be entered with an everyday mask.
The apartment faces east, so you can enjoy the morning sun early on. The large balcony windows and the door to the balcony allow lots of light into the apartment. Blinds ensure your privacy and a fly screen in front of the balcony door keeps annoying insects outside. Through this door you enter the nicely furnished balcony. Smoking is also permitted here.
The living/dining room is very modernly furnished with a black leather sofa, media wall with Smart TV, DVD player with around 50 DVDs for our large and small guests. Free WiFi ensures worry-free entertainment and leaves nothing to be desired thanks to your own contract (no HotSpot WiFi). The two bedrooms have 4 fixed beds, the sofa can be folded out for a 5th person. We also provide a free travel cot for our very young guests. Your children have a large toy box with games, art supplies and books on site. A high chair and children's dishes are also part of our facility. You will find 2 sanitary rooms, 1 x toilet room and 1 x shower room with a mega shower cubicle. A sunny balcony invites you to linger on nice days.

Swimming: You can go swimming in summer in the Waldseebad Kuttelbacher Teich free of charge upon presentation of your guest card.
At the Hotel Harzhoehe next to the holiday park, guests of the holiday park can book the great breakfast buffet.
When cleaning, we follow the guidelines for apartment cleaning set by the DTV (German Tourism Association).
