More than 2 acres of outdoor backyard to entertain, play and enjoy. Badminton net and racquets & corn hole available for use. A portable powerful fan is also provided.

An 8' x 17' saltwater swim spa / endless pool offers a relaxing retreat or a swim while surrounded by a stunning natural background. *

Large eat in kitchen with table and two benches that seats up to 6. Nearby is a long dining table that seats up to 10. Both can be combined to accommodate large parties.

We stay every holiday season to be near some family who live in the area and by far this has been the nicest house we’ve stayed. It was exceptionally clean quiet and comfortable. Family Visit

We picked this location because it was close to family. We were celebrating my aunts 75th birthday. The house contained everything we needed and had plenty of room for all of us. The property had great views and was on a quiet road. I would stay again.

My family all met here to stay together for a wedding in Goshen. We truly enjoyed a relaxing time at your home. It had everything we needed. We stayed here one night to unwind and relax with our daughters and their spouses after our youngest daughter’s wedding in the area. More than we had hoped for.

We stayed at JT's property for a weekend in November to attend a football game at the military academy at West Point. Seven of us, including 3 teenagers, had plenty of space to be comfortable, relax, cook meals and enjoy the swim spa. The home was warm and clean and we all slept great. This beautiful country home was perfect for our family visit to Goshen/ Orange County. The house was very comfortable for 5 adults and a 2-year-old. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. West Point Family Weekend

Easy 30 minute drive to West Point. In the country, yet outlet mall, restaurants and things to do all within 30 minutes. Very responsive when I text as the keypad didn’t work. They let us in remotely. We had several in our family and we were all comfortable. Nice fire pit, swim spa, and clean.

This home was perfect for our needs, it was close to West Point so we could visit our son and basically 20 minutes from everything else we decided to do. The only complaint was that the WiFi is basically non existent which made it hard to watch any television at the end of the day. Other then that, the place was perfect.

Overall, the property and host were exceptional. The home had been recently renovated with great attention to detail and design. The amenities were excellent with virtually everything we needed included with even and simple things like plates and glasses sufficient for over a dozen people. The site was expansive with excellent landscaping and plenty of room for kids to play. The location was close to everything in the area. The host were accommodating and very quick to reply to every message. Again, overall a great stay! I would highly recommend.
