"Nice place and good location. They really try to sell you on their National Geographic status, which is cool but doesn't mean much when it comes to comfort. I wasn't super impressed with the property given it's price tag, but the stay overall was good. "A great place to stay with stunning views. There's a bus stop at the entrance so it's easy to get to Dachstein Krippenstein and Hallstatt.
There's also a wharf close by with two transport options.
The mini-market in the resort is well stocked with plenty of options for self-catering.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and restaurant food was excellent."

"Authentic village with spectacular environment. Room and house were very clear and nicely furnished, the breakfast was absolutely fine and enough. The owners are very friendly, helpful and guest-centric. They helped to plan the daily program (e.g. weather, free map, info books...) and every day they left a small chocolate on the pillow. :)"

"Beautiful view from our room. The place was beautiful full of art and made you feel like you’re inside a mini castle. The food was delicious. We would definitely come back. It was just outside Hallstatt but so happy we stayed here instead of Hallstatt. They had Donkeys we got to feed and pet in the yard. "

"Incredibly peaceful. This place was great, and a very short drive to Hallstatt. We took advantage of the onsite bike rentals, the kids play area and the locals trail network. The staff were welcoming and even rescued us with their van when I experienced a mechanical bike failure. The views are incredible and the food and bar great. We loved our stay!"
