Sunny vacation apartment with excellent connections to the cultural capital of Chemnitz

  • Our 44 sqm apartment was completed in April 2019 and is located on the ground floor of a single family house. The apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, consists of a living room / bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, hallway and bathroom with shower and toilet. It is suitable for 2 people. An extra bed for one person is possible. We can provide a cot and high chair. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the cottage garden at the house with seating for our guests. The parking lot is next to the house.
    There are 3 restaurants and numerous shops in the village.
    From here, the Christmas land of the Erzgebirge can be explored with traditional places such as Seiffen, Olbernhau and Grünhainichen.
    Other worthwhile destinations are the castles in Augustusburg and Zschopau, each with a motorcycle museum, as well as other castles in Scharfenstein, Selva and Lichtenwalde, and the mountain towns of Freiberg and Annaberg.
    A trip on the narrow-gauge railway in the Pressnitz Valley is a must for railway fans.

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Fewo, man ist schnell in Chemnitz, normalerweise auch schnell in Augustusburg, wenn es gerade keine Baustellen gibt. Die Wohnung lässt sich nicht komplett abdunkeln, Schlafmaske empfehlenswert für Lichtempfindliche.

Die Ferienwohnung der Familie Arnold in Gornau ist ideal für einen Kurzurlaub in Chemnitz. Lage, Komfort, Sauberkeit und Gastfreundschaft sind hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist hell, gut ausgestattet, sauber und hygienisch. W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Frau und Herr Arnold sind sehr freundlich und flexibel bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Wir haben die Unterkunft für einen Wochenendbesuch bei der Familie in Chemnitz gebucht und waren nicht nur von der Nähe zur Stadt, sondern auch von den Räumlichkeiten mehr als begeistert. Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber haben uns eine wunderbar gemütliche Ferienwohnung übergeben, in der man sich einfach nur wohl fühlt.😊 Es ist alles tiptop sauber,viel Platz vorhanden und auch weitere Annehmlichkeiten wie ein schönes Bücherregal mit viel Schmöckerlektüre und eine geräumige Küche runden die heimelige Atmosphäre ab. Darüberhinaus ist das große Badezimmer absolut bemerkenswert! Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer absolut ruhige Lage, in der man einfach gut entspannen kann. Wir werden mit Sicherheit einmal wiederkommen! Einfach empfehlenswert! 😊

Wir hatten super schöne Tage mit sehr freundlichem Vermieterehepaar, das uns gute Tips für unsere E-Bike Ausflüge gab.Der Platz im Garten ist optimal zum Entspannen.Alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.Für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Was man als Radfahrer wissen muss, direkt von Gornau keine Radwege und viel Berg- und Tal. Aber es gibt imnFlöha- und Pressnitztal 2 wunderschöne Radwege.
