"Stayed three nights in June in one of the suites with a balcony. Beautiful property in the high farmlands in the Julian Alps. Recently converted (in May? of 2025) a farm and farmhouse into an awesome hotel with 13 rooms in two different buildings. "We arrived late at night to the hotel, reception was closed but the owner had left an envelope with everything we needed for our stay with a warm handwritten note (including instructions to get a beer from the fridge!)
