"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "

"We really enjoyed the layout of the house with the open concept for multiple floors. The location was great with hiking options, Diana's Bath and Echo Lake, as well as all that North Conway has to offer. The wood stove was super cozy but it would have been nice to have been provided a bit of wood as part of the rental. With the home being situated within a hill, the yard is not really usable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. "
