"Had a great one night stay with no issues! Extremely clean facilities. Super friendly service from the front desk staff, driver, and cleaners. I was so grateful for the free airport shuttle. I emailed in advance to book and the driver was outside holding a sign with my name. Seamless service! The gym is awesome, my only feedback is to add disinfectant spray or wipes for guests to use after using each machine or piece of equipment. There was a cleaner wiping things down but I'm doubtful this was actually disinfecting. Thanks so much!"

"The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is old and lacks any real personality. The staff is efficient, yet not particularly attentive to guests, and the information provided was minimal — for example, I was not told that the hotel is connected to a shopping mall. The food was also disappointing. I ordered a rare filet, but it was served completely overcooked and extremely tough. On the positive side, the location is very good, the hotel has a nice pool with bar service, and I was able to book a very pleasant tour through the hotel at a fair price. "

"Great staff - always helpful and smiling. They go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I didn’t get to visit the gym or bar to comment. It can be a little noisy at the corridor area when you’re in the room and doors opening and closing can be quite startling but not enough to wake you. "

"Our Family Room could use a little refreshing, but aside from that, our stay was absolutely perfect. The breakfast and lunch kitchen teams were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the reception staff were equally welcoming and professional. I also needed to work during my stay, and the internet connection was excellent — fast, stable, and very reliable, which made a real difference. Food was also diverse and very good. I have stayed in many Novotel properties, particularly across Europe, and this one truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had so far. A special thank you to Ousmane, Safietou, and the lovely lady welcoming guests at the restaurant entrance for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. We will gladly return."
