Fabulous cabin rental in Gordonville, TX. The Longhorn Lodge sits privately on 4+ acres of wooded land. Interior is 1800 sq feet, 3 floors with 2 loft areas. Arcade machine with 60 classic games and foosball table. Excellent high speed WiFi. New HD TV's with DVD player. Wonderful fenced in fire pit area overlooking a valley and fishpond. Hot tub!

My family visited Longhorn Lodge during the Christmas holiday and appreciated the thoughtfulness of decor which was beautifully decorated! The host stocked the kitchen with necessities knowing stores would be closed, which was greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this family friendly property. The location is close to Lake Texoma, the WinStar casino, and Choctaw. We can’t wait to visit again next time we’re in Gordonville.

Spring break get away.

This lodge served as the ultimate retreat, featuring a hot tub for relaxation following a day of fishing and a cozy fire pit for roasting s'mores beneath the stars. The lodge was aesthetically pleasing and conveniently located near our fishing excursion. Overall, this experience was exceptional and warrants a return visit.

Lake Texoma trip

We needed a weekend getaway, without a lot of driving. Found the " Longhorn" & booked it ! Big lodge, video console, foosball, & hot tub! Great amenities that kept us busy! Went into Sherman to catch a movie, only 6 miles to the Pelican restaurant at the marina. Enjoyed our stay here !

Nice weekend away

The house worked perfectly for what we were looking for. Communication with the owner was way more than I have ever had with other renters, and very accommodating. Less than 5 minute drive from boat slips / lake access and a short jaunt over the lake to a small casino if that’s your thing. Great weekend overall.

Nice, large home on a huge lot. Tons of things to do both indoors and outdoors. Enjoyed the private hot tub and excellent hikes close by. Marc was excellent to communicate with and even checked in to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Would highly recommend, especially to those with kids.

Wonderful family spot

This home was perfect for a family who just needed a little down time. Lots of games indoors. Movies were available. Great backyard with a fire pit, swing, turtle pond, and hot tub. Close drive to plenty of restaurants and activities in surrounding towns. However, there plenty to do and explore at the home if you don’t want to leave. Kitchen is equipped to make anything you want. Owner was good to check in and just make sure everything was as expected. Would definitely stay again.

Relax is the theme.

We arrived to our destination to find it farely isolated, exactly what we like. The property is beautiful. The walks in the mornings were perfect. The games and family fun that were available by Marc really made for some great memories. The hot tub was perfect to end the evening. The house is homey warm and inviting. Thank you for the communication and hints to maintaining the temp of the house. Marc is a great host.

Great Location and Cute “Longhorn” themed home

We had an amazing stay at this property! We selected the location due to the proximity of the Cedar Mills marina for a Striper fishing trip. We fished all morning and enjoyed the home all Saturday afternoon & night. We had a fire in the pit and just sat around, talked and listened to all the sounds of nature! We enjoyed a little bit of time in the hot tub too!! Oh and don’t forget the complementary s’mores items!! So relaxing and inviting. We will be back!! Mac was a great host. He gave us the scoop of the area before we arrived and checked on us Saturday. Very attentive should we have needed anything!

Nice Cabin in a rustic neighborhood

Very nice cabin, clean and has everything you need. Good communication with the owner. It rained while we were there so we did not get to use the outdoor areas but the yard is spacious and has plenty of seating. Bedrooms in the loft are open so they lack privacy but the beds are comfortable. Would stay there again….

Relaxing spring break

The property was very nice and accurate to the description. Very quite and private. It is also located very close to lake Texoma. Marc was very good at communicating as well. It is an excellent vacation home.
