Lage super, leider Ameisen

Die Lage ist prima, wenn man mit dem Rad unterwegs sein möchte, denn es liegt nicht hoch am Hang, sodass man direkt von der Unterkunft starten kann, zB ins Maggiatal. Der Ort selbst bietet nichts Besonderes. In 10-15 Minuten ist man am Lago Maggiore, am Beginn einer schönen Promenade, die sich bis Locarno erstreckt. In der Unterkunft waren Bad, Kühlschrank, Herd, Spüle und Betten sauber, ansonsten eher länger nicht geputzt. Leider gab es viele Ameisen und gegen Ende auch Mücken.

Ja aber

Die Lage ist super, vor allem wenn man wie wir mit dem Rad unterwegs sein möchte. In 10 bis 25 Minuten ist man am Lago, die Unterkunft liegt nicht sehr hoch, sodass man prima direkt von dort starten kann. Bad, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Herd, Betten waren sauber. Ansonsten schien länger nicht geputzt zu sein. Leider gab es viele Ameisen.

Kuschelig

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Frau B. ist sehr freundlich. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht (sogar scharfe Rüstmesser!, Racletteofen und Fondue-Caquelon). Es ist eine einfache und rustikale Unterkunft. Klein aber fein. Der Sitzplatz draussen ist gut abgegrenzt und ich denke, im Sommer eine echte beschattete Oase. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Die Gegend unten am Fluss ist ein Traum für schöne Spaziergänge. Wir würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Die Terrasse haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Küche ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber super ausgerüstet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Klein aber fein

Das Haus ist grundsätzlich gut und Frau B. die Besitzerin wohnt gleich nebenan. Einige Mängel hat die Wohnung. Einige Türen der Kästen sollten die Scharniere ersetzt werden. Gefrierfach fällt auch fast auseinander. Lüftung im Bad geht nicht. Am Innenputz Schäden von Wasser, das sollte unbedingt gemacht werden. Es steht viel herum, da könnte das einte oder andere entsorgt werden. Grundreinigung gut aber auf dem Sesel im Schlafzimmer waren Katzenhaare, geht gar nicht, würde aber gerne wieder

Zuviel Geschirr und Deko. Für Lebensmittel kein Stauraum. Küchenschränke brauchen eine Reparatur. Keine Insektenschitzgitter bei den Fenster und viel zu viele Mücken.
