"The Clerks at the front desk could’ve been friendlier. Especially my first night there which would’ve been Wednesday night. She basically didn’t speak at all when I came in when I left."

"Only one elevator in the building was working. I was initially charged for parking, but that was never mentioned at check-in. I was able to get that reversed (days later) when I communicated that I did not utilize their parking as my son lives in the apartments next door. This hotel has gone down hill in the last few years and does not represent the Hilton standards or the rates that they are charging."
