"Yes the rooms where very clean, but the there where spiders and spiders webs in the kitchen and outside on the covered patio. I also noticed a puddle of water on the stove top, leaking from the microwave. Possibility due to the severe thunderstorm and heavy rain fall. But overall the place was amazing."

"The property is beautiful and quiet. The interior of the house was very clean, warm, and comfortable. The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances, ample space, and stocked with everything a guest would need (sans food, of course), the sofa, chairs, beds were comfortable. There's plenty of closet space and both bathrooms were nice sizes and fully stocked. The only thing that was kind of disappointing was the fact that the lake was low so there was no water under the wooden walkway and sitting area in the woods, but that's beyond the owner's control, ha ha. The property is also very close to lake, stores to purchase food and other supplies, the Caddo Lake State Park, companies offering lake tours and kayak/canoe rentals so that makes up for it. Johnson's Marina was recommended to us and the tour was wonderful with a very knowledgeable tour guide so we got to see plenty of lake. We did have to communicate with the owners regarding a small matter, which turned out to be nothing in the end, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. Very nice people! I would highly recommend this property to others."
