"Location is in easy walking distance of numerous fine dining establishments, but you must make reservations at all early in your planning. Most do not arrange more than 30 days out but weekends fil up two weeks out. The hotel will help arrange those. The staff is excellent and very attentive to your every need. Cookies and milk after 9 at the Enclave were quite tasty. The rotating original art is curated with the Robert Lange gallery down the street. This is really great art and the on staff curator gives a in depth tour daily of the works. On request, the guide will continue the tour in the enclave portion of the hotel, where the in house artist studio is observed after hours and there is gallery dedicated primarily to his work as well as other great artists. Revival, the in house restaurant, is justifiably highly rated. Rooms are extremely well appointed and comfortable. "

"Beautiful property and excellent service. Be aware, if you book with breakfast as part of your fare, you will only be credited $30 per person for in-room dining and will be billed the difference. This was not clearly disclosed. "

"Getting off the elevator on the 7th floor was concerning. There was molding that had been removed and plastic covering a wall. I think just a sign saying “pardon our dust” might have helped. Tasha was very helpful the evening of 4/26. "

"Shower pressure was a little soft, but that's typical of anywhere. The bar was closed due to being between owners."

"The room was clean enough, but the ac did not work properly. It wasn’t able to be adjusted from our room. The bed was awful. Way too soft to be comfortable and it sank in the middle. Our room adjoined another that had kids in it and was right across from the elevator. I will not recommend this hotel or stay here again."

"Older, not updated, not very clean, was not told upfront that I would be charged daily on my credit card on file for resort fees and destination charges and taxes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beach view was very nice however, the balcony was very small and there was no seating to enjoy the view."

"The room was wet/ humid, the bed was damp. You couldn't open the slider door. The room wasn't the cleanest and was in poor condition. Rust, mold, and fake eye lashes in the bathroom/on the sink. Im confused about the 8 out of 10. The staff was great."
