Great location, comfy queen bed, walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants. The rooms do let in some noise from the adjacent rooms, i.e, the toilet flushing at night.

Lovely people, can't do enough for you. Very comfy bed & a great shower. Perhaps tne hairdryer could have been in a better place - very awkward, only a minor detaill. Highly recommended

The staff member was very pleasant, happy and helpful. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Unfortunately only barely luke warm shower and a bit of noise from the room next door, assume due to thin walls.

A one night with my wife’s parents in a second room. The rooms had plenty of space, well set out with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had plenty of space. The host was exceptional

Greeted warmly when checking in, easy parking outside the room. Room was very clean, very comfortable bed with bedding and pillows lovely and crisp. Great location easy to walk to main street, shops, eateries and pubs. No road noise. Would recommend and stay here again.

Super clean and tidy. Had issue with the owner when I forgot to book in my trailer on the first night. She made her point 15 times with I felt degrading and over the top. We got charged $20 for my partner getting into the single bed with cramps on the second night. Our issue was they just billed my card without informing me. They did waiver my $5 of laundry. Sadly won’t be back and we come to Goondiwindi annual for enduro racing.

Broken light fittings possibly dangerous Only 4 plates and bowls for a room for 5 adults Disappointed that one of the beds for an adult was a trundle bed, though we managed alright for one night Overall we were happy enough
