excellent comfortable convenient
this was our first ever trip away - three separate families. we found the house to be in great condition - very comfortable accommodations. the best part was that our dogs were also able to join us. lots of fun. thanks for the memories

Amazing!!!! From the moment we placed our booking online we were extremely happy with communications with the owners Heather and Andrew. We received easy to understand detailed instructions on how to enter the house. We entered the house and were immediately impressed with cleanliness of the whole house. The house is large, bedrooms roomy, and living area huge. Beautifully set up, bedrooms were luxurious with high quality linens, and plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes, silverware to serve so many people it was great. Kitchen utensils had large array of pots and pans, cooking was made easy. Outside sitting areas on the lovely balcony, dining table with a bbq and grill overlooking the golf course. The booklet on how to run the house was well placed with information on some local places to see and dining options. Heather and Andrew were very responsive to an intermittent issue we had with the refrigerator. They came diagnosed the problem and the next day a new refrigerator was delivered and installed. It couldn’t have gone any better. A great location to the beach just a short walk from the house, shopping a mile away, everything you need. A short drive to Pt Elliott bakery for the best pasties in the world. I suggest going to Urimbirra Wildlife Park in Victor Harbor and missing Cleland. The amount of animals we saw, petted, and price of admission was way better. My kids went twice they loved it so much. Loved It.

Fantastic Goolwa Retreat
First impressions of this house do not dissapoint. It is a beautiful spacious home with ample bedding and equipment needed for activities and sleeping. I am thoroughly impressed with the furnishings and ease of use of all equipment. The home is kept in immaculate condition for a stay.

What an amazing space to relax!
This was such a lovely space for a family reunion with my family from NSW. A group of 10 of us and plenty of room for us all. Never once did we feel like we were tripping over each other. Don’t think the pictures quite do justice to how big the property is. Heather and Andrew were lovely hosts and we’d love to come and stay again. Thank you both for an enjoyable stay.

Stunning holiday home with 5 star facilities Scenic location overlooking the golf course Perfect for families with children as all bases covered and property is gated. Beautifully appointed - cannot fault Travelled extensively in Australia and internationally and this is one of the best Owner is lovely and accomodating - thank you Heather

Lovely upstairs area, nice view, large windows, felt very comfortable. Loved the TV in the main bedroom. I wish more properties offered this.

Outstanding Property
This property is absolutely outstanding. It has the most beautiful open spaces and the standard of the fittings and fixtures are excellent. Everything you need is in the kitchen, including items to bake !! The balconies were by far our most favourite spot to enjoy a wine or just read a book. Heather’s communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. We will definitely be back 😊

Stunning property
Wonderful few days for a 60th. House was stunning. Absolutely everything provided. So much room for families &/or friends. Convenient to everything. Walked to many coffee spots. Definitely stay there again!

Summer Holiday
We had a great time and it was perfect for two families with lots of space to move. We loved all the mod cons such as coffee machine and ice maker and Netflix. It was well set up with everything you needed for a great holiday (weather could of been better). Would definitely hire again in the future.

Lovely Stay in Goolwa
Property is absolutely lovely and exactly as featured in pics!, even better in person. Exceptionally clean. We had a fabulous stay, thankyou Heather and Andrew. House has everything you need, netflix was a bonus, and hosts left out some really thoughtful little welcome treats which were truly appreciated and made our welcome feel really great. Location is fab just a short easy walk to and from the main beach. Table tennis table was a hit, and also sitting on the deck with a vino watching the golfers pass through. Only one tiny improvement suggestion - some plastic plates and cups for small children, and maybe some sort of map to show where to walk to beach or even distance to supermarket/recommendation for great cafe, etc. All in all would def recommend and had a great time.

Beautiful modern house near the beach
My family and I had a great and very comfortable stay at this house. It had all the facilities needed such as a BBQ, a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful view at the back. The house was very big and clean. The price was very good compared to its value and how nice the house was.
