This beach home is light and bright and has a great floor plan the whole family will love. With just a 10-minute walk to the much-loved Goolwa Breach where you can walk and search for cockles, followed by breakfast at Kuti Shack or drinks at the new Surf Club. This beach house is perfect for your next family holiday.

The lounge room has plenty of seating areas, TV, ceiling fan and split system heating and cooling.

Glass sliding doors leading outside to the decked undercover entertaining area.
The kitchen has electric cooking, pantry, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee pod machine and an island bench with x4 stools.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, side cupboards with lamps, bench and hanging spaces, TV mounted on the wall and a ceiling fan.
Ensuite has a shower, basin and toilet.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed, side cupboards with lamps and bench, hanging spaces and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom three has a queen size bed, side cupboards with lamps, bench and hanging spaces and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom four has x2 lots of single bunk beds what a great area for all the children.
Main bathroom with a separate bath, shower, basin.
Separate toilet.
Laundry has a washing machine and dryer iron and ironing board and bench space.
Decked undercover entertaining area. Outside table and chairs to seat 8 people. This is a perfect space for entertaining and overlooking the backyard where the children can play all day long and enjoy the large grassed area. The property is fully fenced and secure.
