"Disappointed having to drag luggage up the external stairs - nice to have access to elevator inside whicwas out of order by checkout next morning. Staff on hand to help carry luggage out though. "We got there in the middle of winter so it was very cold, and the weather was terrible. However, when the sun came out it improved. The fire heaters are a bit inadequate for heating in the dead o winter but should be suitable for the rest of the year. Otherwise, it was clean and reasonably well equipped. ..."
