"Really enjoyed my stay here during a game weekend at LSU. Yes, the casino is still in construction but my room was fantastic and the best I had during a long trip across the South. Staff were super friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle bus to the sister casino to access amenities if you need them. I used the valet to park which could have been quicker but everyone was really nice and helpful. I got an uber up to campus which took 10mins. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"From the moment I checked in the staff especially DeAshley was so courteous informative and helpful. I had suggested to some friends we would be staying there Friday and they booked and stayed Thursday. They immediately called us and gave us their impression , very impressed especially since they would be having dinner and breakfast! We soon realized their amazement. We were approached by Dawn in the dining area and she was a darling, interacting with us and trying to accommodate us by talking ti us and offering to remove our plates. Next year we will br advising our friends to stay there when they go for their retreat. I love love love the experience"

"Desk staff was fantastic. Friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Great gym and parking was never an issue. Breakfast was so-so, but everything else was great."

"There are checkin/checkout time discrepancies. Per the cite check in/out is 3pm and noon. I got there at 3 they said checkin was at 4 my room was not ready until 5. They said as a courtesy they would extend check out til 12. I was given a $10 credit at the restaurant. "
