"綱站沒通報游泳池維修。酒店說健身房能用，但當到達時發現地上滿是一袋一袋的垃圾，灰塵滿地清楚看到很多的腳印，所以的健身用具也是一樣得邋遢。告訴前台，回答是沒人清潔。房間得USB插頭壞了，電話充不了電，房問格音也很差。在餐廳你可以看到服務員(可能是餐廳的女經理)坐在你的隔璧食麵看手機，其他的服務員也沒笑容跟他們銳早安也沒回應。我到麵檔時，小師傅一句要什麽十分兇猛，我當時立刻對他銳很沒禮貌，他也無回應無感覺。到前台投訴時祇說可以提前退房。我終於轉去了別的鈑店。很可惜一間硬件不錯的酒店，卻有如此差的經驗。另外我對2位前台的女服務員幫助說聲謝謝！Expedia ..."
